For this project we had to create an idea for a web series that could continue on. A challenge in this project writing. We had never made a project before that could be written as an episode. Pitching portion of the project was very cool to experience but took up a good amount of time that could have been used to animate. I storyboarded a lot more than I animated because I misunderstood the directions that we were writing the script for three episodes and animating one. The clarification texts took a lot of effort. I feel like this animation is not an accurate reflection of my best work. If I were to go back and redo this project I would make it more plot based rather than just a teaser trailer. I didn’t get that storytelling aspect that I love to animate. I also had a problem of being too specific to my audience. A lot of the things that happened in my animation were very niche.
